Take the Challenge and Walk for Lots of Reasons

Every walker has a different motivation to get moving.  What is yours?
-  Is it to find emotional health, or to learn and see something new through cultural or scenic tourism?
-  Is it to support physical health for heart, arthritis, diabetes, mitigate aging; or how about a physical challenge?
-  Is it to assist with relationship, or community connections as a form of transportation?
-  Is it to seek spiritual connection?

Join the growing list of organizations and communities coming together to celebrate walking during the first week in April

Walking organizations, communites, and government bodies are coming together to celebrate walking for all the reasons mentioned above.  Interested in adding your logo or name?  Email info@nationalwalkingweek.org
